Back down the hill for a day..
After spending yesterday with Chris and Sue in the mountains (they Ness sitted while Mikl climbed some horrifficly hot and hard thing) I decided it was time to come back, check email, look for more houses and such. Chris and Sue move at a slower pace than me (and the driving, good lord!) andyhow, whilst the Norman Linsday gallery was OK, the gardens that followed were just too much for me, and I was starving hungry. Mikl, although rpomising to come back at 2.30pm, didn't show until 6.30pm.
We stay overnight at HartleyVale and then drive helter skelter down the hill in the morning. I check some blogs and find that PoofyGoo thinks pandas are cute. Well, I know they atre, but looky here:
Taronga Zoo’s (Sydney) new Snow Leopard cubs were born to male Leon and female Samarra on the 14 October 2005. The species is endangered. Father Leon is from Nindorf Zoo, Germany and mother Samarra came to Taronga from Mulhouse Zoo in France. The pair arrived in mid-2003 and the proud parents are now about five years old. A baby at 5, wow.
