Fluke
A few weeks back we went climbing at a sea cliff area called Point Perpendicular.

AND - I saw my first whale. Like any enthused woman, I stood up and screamed at the blob - yet to be verified of its true whaleiness - "prove your whaledom" at which point the whale breached, and flapped its tale about.

Magnificient! Peaple tell me that on a good day that have seen 40 whales drifting by, some as close as 10 m to the base of the cliff where they were standing.

I want to say that to something like forty people, and that's just on the way to work.
